On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we are speaking to 1500m Olympic Finalist Daniel Jervis!

At his first Olympic Games in Tokyo, Daniel finished an impressive 5th place in the 1500m Freestyle against a world-class field. He trains out of Swansea, Wales under Adam Baker and since missing out on the Rio Olympics he has gone from strength to strength.

We discuss with Dan how he's overcoming mental hurdles including using multiple psychologists available to him, the truth about distance training and how he switches off in between training sessions, and why Swansea will always be his home!
