Marc has worked at some of the UK’s most renowned and largest architectural practices, Foster + Partners and Allies and Morrison, where he delivered landmark mixed use, commercial and residential schemes from £50m to £150m GDV across the World. He has delivered schemes for some of the largest global developers in London, Dubai, Australia and Valencia.

In recent years he has contracted as Design and Development Director for various high net worth Private Equity Property Companies in Central London, focusing primarily on commercial and residential conversions of medium to large value-add schemes ranging in value from £0.5m to £30m GDV.

Through Marc’s experience and expertise in design-led conversions, Arcvelop offers the unique opportunity to combine first-in-class architectural design and development into investment projects, working with a growing number of private investors, JV Partners and it’s own growing portfolio. Arcvelop now has a breadth of projects across London, Kent, Norwich, Sheffield, Leeds and Nottingham.
