Strettons is a leading multi-disciplinary property consulting firm advising throughout the UK. For over 90 years, the firm has worked with clients to share expertise across a range of property sectors, advising buyers, owners, occupiers, investors, developers and more. The firm has managed £1.2bn of property nationwide, and their auction house has sold over £100m of commercial and residential property Nationwide in the last 18 months with a 92% success rate.

Andrew has worked in the property industry for 25 years, spending the past 19 years in property auctions. He was previously Managing Director for a large national auctioneer and has held senior positions at three top auction houses.

During his career, Andrew has conducted over 300 auctions, selling more than £1bn of properties from the rostrum. He has acted for several banks, building societies, LPA receivers, insolvency practitioners, asset managers, local authorities, and NGOs to dispose of large residential and commercial portfolios and high-value distressed assets.
