Pat shares insights from IPAV's Conveyancing Survey 2023 - 97% of auctioneers say that they are either frustrated by the conveyancing process or that the delays in the process are having a detrimental effect on business, and 73% of consumers said conveyancing caused a problem when purchasing a home.

He also discusses the legislative Bill underpinning the new Sellers' Legal Pack (currently at committee stage), which proposes to cut conveyancing times by 50%.
