Episode 204 - Surviving With Rich Serrano

On this week’s episode of the project purple podcast, we’re joined by 33-year-old survivor Rich Serrano who shares the story of his journey with pancreatic cancer.

After receiving testing and scans at a walk-in clinic with abdominal pain and jaundice, Rich received a call that would change his life forever; “You need to go to the emergency room right now,” he was told. Since then, Rich has dealt with several different chemo regimens and a Whipple procedure that needed to be aborted.

Despite the difficulties he has faced, Rich has maintained consistency in his life as much as possible and thanks his support network for a year that he “wouldn’t trade for anything.”
