This week I am joined by Mick West. Mick is a former video game programmer who worked on titles like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Apocalypse for the Playstation. Now, he’s a debunker of conspiracies. He’s also the writer of Escaping The Rabbit Hole: How to Debunk Theories Using Facts, Logic, and Respect.

We discuss what motivates him to debunk conspiracies, how we should think about the people who believe in them, and we explore the culpability of Donald Trump in current events playing out. We also touch on free will, and how having faith — and then losing it — can inoculate you from succumbing to cults and conspiracies.
