Honestly, I am at a loss for words for the brutality that George Floyd faced. Our prayers go out to the Floyd family. Words cannot describe what they and so many others are going through right now!

At Progressholic, we decided to share some resources on how you can help out and educate yourself on racism.

Here are some ways to help out:

- Donate to Black Lives Matter (https://secure.actblue.com/donate/ms_blm_homepage_2019)

- Get involved with your local Black Lives Matter Chapter (Full list - https://blacklivesmatter.com/chapters/)

- Donate to a bail fund. Some Twitter users are crowd sourcing lists of local organizations that help bail out protesters who get arrested. (https://twitter.com/costarastrology/status/1266393495260008448)

- Support Campaign Zero, a police reform group that has been working on policy solutions “informed by data and human rights principles (https://www.joincampaignzero.org/)

- Sign a petition: Civil rights group Color of Change launched a petition asking that all the officers involved in Floyd’s death are brought to justice. (https://act.colorofchange.org/sign/justiceforfloyd_george_floyd_minneapolis)

- Or another petition: The “Justice for George Floyd” petition on Change.org already has 8.5 million supporters. (https://bit.ly/36NCsGv)
