I'm joined by Luke Marshall (@thingobserver) of Things Observed podcast to continue our conversation about rap snitches, informants, undercovers, plants, and rats in the rap industry. 

This time, we largely focus on the Atlanta rap scene, starting with T.I. We walk through T.I.'s early life and career and highlight various events which raise some interesting possibilities. Then, I go through what I found on several other Atlanta rappers (not all of what we found is 'bad', of course). Finally, we end the episode with the curious case of Soulja Boy and attempt to answer the question why he even has a career at all.
