While "explain the why” might seem like an overrated phrase to some product managers, to Leora it's a product "buzzphrase" that's fundamental to good product management. Unfortunately, she doesn't believe every PM establishes "the why" often (or well) enough.

So, our colleague Eleni speaks with Leora about how PMs can set better context and ultimately get better at bringing their product team along for the product development journey.
