Alyssa Milano Accidentally Promotes Abstinence

In the 22nd season premiere of the PBS animated children's series “Arthur,” Mr. Ratburn, Arthur’s beloved teacher, came out as gay and got married. Is this a problematic storyline for a children's show—and in what other ways is LGBT ideology appearing in children's books and entertainment?
