In this episode, we discuss the interesting topic of OEM training. Many manufacturers of products and equipment now offer factory supported training, but who is delivering it, and to what extent? We also have some news on the PDM staff car fleet, and Bert gets all flustered whilst trying to talk about his Subarus, or A8s... (we weren't listening).
Next on the script, was the controversial subject of internet detailing groups (mainly those on facey B). Are they a help or aa hindrance?
We dive on in with our usual dubious opinions, and lower than average jokes. They are becoming quite terrible now.
