Many churches I know struggle with quantifying “success” when it comes to their digital efforts. Maybe a pastor asks, “Hey, why do we have a podcast?” Or, “What’s the point of a YouTube channel anyway?” So if you hear a question like that and struggle with the thought of how to answer it - you’re not alone.
