In this week's episode, Mhkeeba interviews Nicole R. Smith about her experiences going to over 20 professional cheerleading auditions and getting cut that led to her writing her book, Game On!: Relentlessly Pursue Your Dreams.  She also discusses the pros and cons of virtual auditions shared by listeners and shares a special message to directors on behalf of veterans who are cut during auditions.

During Cheer Chat, Mhkeeba goes off about the recent scandal involving the Philadelphia Sixers Dance Team member who racially targeted and bullied a Black woman on the team.  She also shares information about the Include Workshop created by Toya Ambrose and Wanda Weir as a resource for cheerleading coaches and directors to receive diversity and inclusion training.
