Jones, of the Ovation Agency, is a music impresario that has been integral to the careers of artists in the R&B, Soul and Hip Hop space like Jill Scott, Hidden Beach Records and more. He also has done extensive work with George Clinton and Funkadelic.

When you think about Muhammad Ali, early George Foreman, or Joe Frazier you can almost hear James Brown in the back of your head. The Rumble In The Jungle canonized Fela Kuti for many Americans and Sam Cooke and Muhammad Ali did duets. Music has always been the salve to combat sports bruise, however, in today’s day and age not so much.
