Lou Fisher is Scholar in Residence at the Constitution Project who spent four decades at the Library of Congress as Senior Specialist in Separation of Powers and Specialist in Constitutional Law. He was research director of the House Iran-Contra Committee in 1987, writing major sections of the final report. On the show we discuss the Founders' intent for the Office of the President, as well as the expansion of Executive power since that time.
