David Cobb is an American activist and the co-founder of Move to Amend. In 2004, he was the standard bearer of the Green Party of the United States (GPUS) as its 2004 presidential candidate. Cobb was also the campaign manager for Green candidate Jill Stein in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
