He is an active real estate investor, currently owning multi-family, SFR, office, retail, medical, and land properties throughout Washington State. His primary focus is buy and hold cash flow investments, occasionally partnering with other investors. Scott bought and managed his first rental property in 1994 and later ramped up his real estate and investing work. He is full time commercial and residential real estate broker, and in 2005 personally purchased his first apartment complex. During 2007 he used his knowledge to leverage the market’s changing buy opportunities and consistently increasing his cash flowing portfolio.
