Ep. 10 - A Conversation With Ethan Pomfret

This week, James & Greg interview Ethan Pomfret, an entrepreneur in the making. At only 24, Ethan has already accomplished more than most people his age. A loving husband and father of two, Ethan is a business college graduate, former collegiate rugby player, volunteer high school rugby coach, & the warehouse manager & product expansion specialist for a local abrasives distributor. Instead of striking out on his own right away, Ethan is holding his current position as a means to develop and refine his skills in hopes of one day owning his own ventures. We get a detailed look at his day to day routines (which primarily revolves around building and maintaining spreadsheets), as well as, insight into what its like balancing work and family life, with a wife who is equally ambitious and entrepreneurial minded. At such a young age, Ethan has already come a long way & is setting an example many other young people should aspire to.
