In this message, in Psalm 15, David asks who will remain on God’s holy hill, which means as part of His government on earth? And he concludes that it is those with a Godly character. Then, in Psalm 16, the LORD is David’s trust, his inheritance, his counsellor, and his help. He will deliver him from death as well. This psalm finds its ultimate fulfillment in Christ, however, not David. Finally, in Psalm 17, David asks for Jehovah’s help in light of the wicked who oppressed him.
