In this message, the Lord with Peter, James, and John come down the mountain from the transfiguration and find a man with a lunatic son who had brought him to the Lord’s nine disciples for healing, and they had been unable to do so. After the Lord healed the son, the disciples questioned as to why they could not do it. The Lord again predicts His death and resurrection. Back at home in Capernaum, Peter is questioned by the tax gatherers whether or not his Master pays the temple tax. The Lord shows Peter the truth of this, but sends him to find the tax coin in a fish’s mouth! The disciples wonder who will be greatest in the kingdom of heaven. He teaches them that one must humble himself like a little child to even enter the kingdom!
