This week we are praying that our kids will be good friends to others and will find friends that lift them up and encourage them to be the best version of themself. We will also pray that God sends them at least one good friend. Ask your kids who their closest friends are, the friends they can tell anything to, and be themself around. Then start praying for that friend by name.
This Weeks Prayer:
Father,
I know friendships can make a huge impact on my child's life. Your word says in Proverbs 13:20 that if you walk with the wise you become wise and if you hang out with fools you get in trouble. Lord, I have tried to guard my children against foolish people, but it's a big world out there. I have to release them to make choices of their own and trust they will make wise decisions. Guide them in this area. Send friends into their life that will lift them up and encourage them. If they have unhealthy relationships in their life, I pray you are protecting and keeping them safe. Most of all I pray my children are clothed in compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience toward others especially in their friendships.
I pray this in Jesus' name, amen.

Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.
