This week we recap John 1-3 in our Lent reading plan. The gospel of John, which is so different than the synoptic gospels is the easiest to read and speaks directly to how important it is to have a relationship with God.
In John 1 we get a direction correlation to Genesis and meet John the Baptist (also known as JTB). In John 2 we see Jesus complete his first miracle of turning water into wine and in John 3 Jesus speaks to Nicodemus about the Holy Spirit.
