In this episode I interview Vinney Chopra.  Vinney moved to the US over 40 years ago with $7 in his pocket and since then has amassed a $330MM real estate portfolio consisting of over 4500 units.

After getting his degree in mechanical engineering he received his MBA from The George Washington University.  Vinney is often called "Mr Smiles" due to his pleasant demeanor and his desire to help people.  He has grown an investor list from scratch and is here to share with us exactly how he did it!
