The Post Racing Cheltenham Review

Ron and Sean chew the fat and tell you what pleased them, what disappointed them and, what they fancy to win a race at next years Festival and Ron has a juicy 20/1 shot lined up!

The “One”, the “one a day acca” and the “dark horse – we’ve got Cheltenham covered!

Sean and Ron have introduced their “one a day” selections for an e.w. Cheltenham acca, both have nominated “THE ONE”, the horse to pay for the entire week and both have been mining those seams of coal for a “dark one”….and it’s now all system go for the best week of racing of the year….crowds or no crowds!

Apologies for this going out late but Sean blew a fuse and lost his wifi! Ron and Sean discuss a very hectic weekend of racing and cover no fewer than 13 races this weekend. With 10 races now to work on, it’s a busy night ahead for Ron! KFC ordered and coffee on the hob hopefully this marathon shift proves worthwhile!  

This week Ron’s put up a treble, Sean’s gone to Wetherby and they have plenty for you to work with!

Inspections planned at two of the tracks tomorrow morning but the Waldorf and Statler of horse racing have covered no fewer than 12 races across the weekend, Ron has a treble for his “Something for the Weekend”, whilst Sean looks north for his selection, which he feels could be one of the best in his trainers yard. They look at the impact going descriptions have on results going forward, the sad passing of Paul Haigh and marvel at the “stickability” of Kevin Brouder!

Cheltenham has gone and Doncaster looks dodgy but, we’ve got it covered!

Plenty on the menu this week and Sean and Ron chat Cheltenham, with their feelings about the Triumph, which Sean has decided includes one for his Portfolio, the RSA, Arkle, QM Chase, and the Albert Bartlett, for which Ron posts up one for his Portfolio! A discussion too regarding which race Royale Pagaille should be aimed at and they end with one you need to get into your trackers NOW as it will be winning before the Festival!

You will have to excuse the sound quality today, I have a new computer, had to upload all of the software in a hurry and forgot to change the recording settings….DOH! I hope it makes for a good listen, we spoken a lot about a fair few things that cropped up in racing this week and hopefully produced the winners of 10 races we have discussed for Saturday and Sunday. Both “Waldorf and Statler” have produced “Something for The Weekend” and fingers crossed they produce you a profit!

Who knows what will happen with the new planned inspections tomorrow but Ron and Sean have given it a shot, produced something from nothing and we’ll see if they can perform alchemy!
