Once upon a time, back in May 1997, music managers gathered together five talented young popstrels. They were primped, primed, choreographed, styled and gestated in a giant and sparkly pop-womb. When Claire Richards, Lee Latchford Evans, Faye Tozer, Ian 'H' Watkins and Lisa Scott-Lee reached full glorious musical term, they were delivered upon the world and the pop juggernaut known as "Steps" was born!

In the first instalment of our Steps Special, The Pop Gays Of A Certain Age (Tim, Graham, Rhys & Simon) are delving into the group's 25 year old back catalogue.
