Cover hop bag with vodka and let soak for a week. 3lb Wheat Malt
(90 min mash & 90 min boil)
Hops:
1oz Northern Brewer (90 mins)

Boil Adjuncts:
1tsp of Irish Moss (15 mins)
zest and juice of 1 lemon

Yeast: California Ale

Secondary Adjuncts:
