For the next ten weeks, this podcast will be led by Pop Break Podcasting Director Alex Marcus and K Anderson, the host of the wonderful interview podcast Lost Spaces, as they give you instant reactions to every episode of X-Men ‘97, the Disney Plus revival of the beloved 1992 classic X-Men: The Animated Series.
This week, Alex & K air their grievances over the series attempt to cram five years of comic stories which crescendoed into the epic crossover even Inferno into a single thirty minute episode of television. They marvel at Maddie’s roller coaster 24 hours, wonder about what Morph and Wolverine get up to when they have the showers to themselves, and celebrate the fact Bishop finally got a few lines of dialogue, even if he was punted to the future immediately thereafter.
