I talk about my own experiences as a Puerto Rican growing up in the Bronx. I peel back the layers to see what these experiences taught me. I'll also feature guests ranging from my wife, in-laws, siblings, good friends, former teachers, ex-bosses, mentors, co-workers and some old classmates as well.
