Ann and Larry talk with Peter Lurie, part of Santa Anita’s Broadcast Team and Handicapper who discusses last weeks Breeders’ Cup Stakes Races at Santa Anita and what were some of the better racing performances. Peter also talks about the recently announced venue plans for the next two Breeders’ Cup events  and how he became so involved in horse racing. Horse racing personality Jennifer Morrison, who talks about the 2023 Ajax Downs Quarter horse meet which ended in late October and  how it was one of the most successful  meets ever. Jennifer also discusses some of the highlights this year at Woodbine and talks about the Mandatory payout on the Jackpot Hi-5 on Race 11 at Woodbine today with a carryover of over $409,000 and suggests a horse that she believes should be part of the final result.; DRF Harness Handicapper Garnet Barnsdale who discusses the recently concluded Breeders Crown races at Hoosier Park and some of the better performances.  Garnet also discusses some of the differences that exist when handicapping a larger racetrack like Mohawk, than a smaller half mile surface and talks about what horse at Woodbine Mohawk Park had the most impressive performance this year. He also gives a couple of selections for Woodbine Mohawk Park tonight and mentions a favorite angle that he likes to play when betting Thoroughbreds. Jennifer also talks about the current Woodbine Thoroughbred meet and some of its highlights and gives us some late breaking news on a popular Thoroughbred that had recently been sold at auction. She also mentions about the Woodbine Thoroughbred card today and Race 11, which offers a Mandatory-payout on the Jackpot Hi-5 with a carryover of $409,000 and suggests a horse to include on your ticket.
