Professor Graham Cooke is a Professor of Infectious Diseases at Imperial College London. His research has focused on HIV, TB and viral hepatitis. He was chief investigator on the STOPHCV-1 trial and currently has clinical studies running in the UK and Vietnam.

He has also been active in promoting access to medicines and is a member of the WHO Essential Medicines Committee.

He is currently working on multiple large scale COVID-19 research projects. This is the first of two episodes which will feature Graham. In this one we discuss how the research landscape has changed recently, the RECOVERY trial and his thoughts on the Remdesevir saga (so far).
