Welcome to Pombo and Peter's Picks presented by The Daily Goat. If you like sports and gambling, this is the podcast for you! As always, we tell you what went right and wrong with our picks last week (0:23). To begin the podcast, we congratulate the Milwaukee Bucks for winning the NBA Finals (2:57). We debate if Giannis Antetokounmpo deserved to be Finals MVP. We also debate what went wrong with the Phoenix Suns and what they have to do going forward. With Giannis Antetokounmpo's Finals win, we debate our top 5 NBA players today and if he should be in the conversation (16:41). We also get into the first of many NBA off-season rumors regarding Damian Lillard, Chris Paul, and Russell Westbrook (20:17). Then, we get into our second week of the NFL division previews! This week is the AFC West. We breakdown the off-season for each team and our thoughts on their over/under win totals set by Draft Kings (Chiefs 27:44, Chargers 30:53, Raiders 34:32, and Broncos 40:07). To wrap up the podcast, we go over some NFL training camp storylines regarding Aaron Rodgers' situation with Green Bay, Tom Brady's MCL injury, and Fred Warner's contract extension (46:39).
