Welcome to Pombo and Peter's Picks presented by The Daily Goat. If you like sports and gambling, this is the podcast for you! This week we start off with all of the free agency moves around the NBA (2:14). We give our thoughts on the Chicago Bulls signings of Lonzo Ball & DeMar DeRozan, the Miami Heat signings of Kyle Lowry & Duncan Robinson, the New York Knicks signings of Evan Fournier & Kemba Walker, and the Los Angeles Lakers trade for Russell Westbrook. We also touch on the extensions of Jimmy Butler to the Heat, Chris Paul to the Suns, Trae Young to the Hawks, & Steph Curry to the Warriors. We also get into the Bradley Beal trade rumors. Then, we get into the MLB Deadline (18:58) and recap the moves made by the Redsox, Yankees, Dodgers, and Giants. We give our take on will come out of the American League and if any team can stand up to the Dodgers. Finally we get into our fourth week previewing the NFL divisions. This week we have the AFC East: Bills (27:22), Patriots (30:45), Dolphins (38:08), & Jets (48:42). We preview each team, go over their offseason acquisitions and losses, and give you our over/under pick on the Draft Kings win total for that team. We welcomed on special guests Matt Cunha to breakdown his Miami Dolphins and Nate Olshan to breakdown his New York Jets!
