recently. And while those events are unfolding largely as predicted
because of climate change, the speed of their arrival has stunned some
experts. POLITICO's Zack Colman breaks down how world governments are

Biden administration to respond by July 25 to a request from the
developers of the Mountain Valley Pipeline to override a lower court
