Following Colorado’s decision, 34 states are contemplating whether to ban Trump from their state ballots. So far, Colorado and Maine are the only states to remove Trump from the ballot. 

Montana, Idaho, Utah, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Michigan, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut have dismissed the challenge and will keep Trump on their ballots. While Alaska, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Wyoming, Louisiana, Wisconsin, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire have legal suits pending on whether they will ban Trump from their ballots.
