Prime Minister Justin Trudeau holds a news conference in Ottawa at the conclusion of his meeting with Canada's premiers aimed at reaching a federal-provincial agreement on health-care funding.
The federal government has offered an increase of $196.1 billion over 10 years, including $46.2 billion in new funding. Ministers Chrystia Freeland (finance), Jean-Yves Duclos (health) and Carolyn Bennett (mental health and addictions) also speak with reporters.
