In the 833rd episode of the PokerNews Podcast, Chad Holloway, Kyna England, and Mike Holtz come to you from Level 9 in Las Vegas where the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) is officially underway! As for the 2024 WSOP, it kicked off with Event #1: $5,000 Champions Reunion in which 22 former Main Event champs competed including "Action" Dan Harrington, who hadn't cashed a WSOP event in a decade. Surprisingly, he didn't even know about the tournament and only learned of it when he was in Las Vegas for another reason.
