Dear Friends

We live in a world marked by boundaries. We set up barriers or demarcations between ourselves and others. These divisions are sometines racial, tribal, class, we belong to different ethnic and linguistic groups and families. There is a great impatience and even fear of those who are different, who dont speak our language; belong to our set boundary or group.

The readings this Sunday remind us that the God we serve lives across boundaries, He is not limited to my tribe, to my class, to my family. Our God is colour blind and had no barriers.  The only barrier we will experience is one put up by our rejection of the love and salvation He offers. We see this especially in the Gospel which also teaches us the power of Persistent prayer. It encourages us never to give up andvgive in but to apply the PUSH Formula (Pray Until Something Happens).

Friends, we continue to pray for our brothers and sisters who have died recently Thetesia Kimeng, Iya Dora Masumbe, Akwa Che, Nestorine Boh

May God grant them all eternal rest
