"Your endurance will win you your lives"
That is the advise from Jesus our brother, our friend our saviour, our Deliverer on how to deal and cope with mistreatment, cruelty, hardship & persecution when it does come our way. This is as opposed to following our natural instinct of lashing out, fighting back, being angry. Instead, when faced with adversity we should retain our Hope, mercy trust & confidence in God. For He promised to be with us until the end if time.
We pray that we will be able every day to offer our crosses & hurts to God. We ask for mercy too for the many times we have caused hurt to others. We pray that we will be able to demonstrate the virtue of perseverance and endure hardship in hope, mercy and love. Amen
