In today's gospel reading, we are enlightened about family life. We are given a model of family - That of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. Within this family, we are given great examples of humility, peace, unity, love, compassion and joy.

Let us pray for all our families this day. We pray that we may copy the examples of the Holy Family of Nazareth in bringing peace, joy and love to our families. Amen
