Most bunions I correct with minimally invasive surgery technique - I use one of these three surgical techniques.
- Bump-off of the 1st metatarsal with/without akin-type osteotomy.
- Reverdin-Isham bunionectomy with/without akin-type osteotomy.
- Reverse Austin (Reverse-Chevron, Modified-Wilson) type osteotomy with/without akin-type osteotomy.
