Artificial intelligence is a fantastic tool to support your digital platforms, says marketing guru Adam Constantine. It’s great for research and first drafts. But social media won’t “go all AI,” he says. “You actually have to talk with people. If AI talks with other AI, we’re not actually connecting. AI platforms thus won’t be successful because they won’t keep you, the human, engaged. Humans are going to want to connect with other actual humans. Will they not care they’re talking with somebody fake?” Adam outlines best practices and tips for various social media platforms. He has very definite opinions about which ones are smart for insurance professionals. Connect with people who matter — quality over quantity, he says.
