California is on fire, which is not uncommon, and the dominant energy company in the state, PG&E, is making things worse, which is also not uncommon.
Most people that have to interact with PG&E despise PG&E, the investor-owned utility that has been disinvesting California's energy infrastructure while failing to divest from fossil fuels. When it comes to vesting, these guys are doing it all wrong.
We're joined (again) by Johanna Bozuwa, an environmental justice activist and co-manager of the Climate & Energy Program at the Democracy Collaborative to discuss what to do with PG&E. (Spoilers: we want to seize it, democratize it, and transform it.)
It's a good one!
