Ep. 129: Reformist or Non-Reformist?

When capitalism is immiserating the poor, how should we describe evergreen suggestion that the solution is investment in education? When capitalism fills the planet's oceans with plastic, how should we describe the proposal to write embarrassing text on plastic bags?
