Josh has a candid conversation with former bank robber turned businessman Richard Stanley. Stanley discusses the issues with the Police targeting neighborhoods that are worse off due to the three-strikes policy that sent lots of men into the over-filled prisons for life sentences for crimes that did not warrant such sentences.  Thus leaving young children on the streets who didn't see any way out.  They end up turning to crime to redeem revenge against a corrupt system that is still in place today. Stanley talks about prison reform and how fixing an already broke system is not the answer.
