Today we have with us professional listener and Licensed Professional Christian Counselor, Susanne Ciancio to talk with us today about the difference between listening and hearing and how we can better listen to the people in our lives.
Susanne Ciancio is a Licensed Professional Christian Counselor. She has been serving the Christian community as a professional Christian counselor in Essex County and the surrounding area since 1986.
