Before Slices of Life was a podcast, the team at Circles of Faith was primarily a community blog. On the first Friday of every month, we ran a column called First Friday Book Faves. There, we asked our readers and contributors to tell us what they were reading. We didn’t ask for a detailed review just a few sentences on the latest book that they thought was worth sharing with others. Now, we are carrying that idea over to the podcast where we talk about the books we just can't seem to put down as well as the ones that have made us laugh, cry, and those that have taught a rich spiritual lesson.
