"A Night at the Opera" sees the Banks family appear on Oprah as special guests! That is, the entire Banks family, minus Will... With the supreme judge race heating up, Phil finds himself in the literal hot seat on Oprah as he fields questions from the audience, and... oh my god, is that Will? 

In "Asses to Ashes" we get the conclusion of the Phil Banks Vs Judge Robertson story! It's a  killer episode which sees the Banks Family deal with the fall-out of the race.
