On September 25, 2013 in Regina, Saskatchewan, a body was discovered in an industrial dumpster. The victim had been strangled, and the body was wrapped in garbage bags and thrown in a dumpster in a back alley east of downtown Regina.   When the police eventually traced the evidence back to one suspect, they realized that they might have just discovered Regina’s first serial killer.
