This week on Podcast By Proxy, we discuss the case of off duty Nova Scotia police officer Catherine Campbell. Catherine was reported missing on September 14, 2015 by her co-worker and this quickly led the Halifax Police Department to 27 year old Christopher Garnier. The police immediately ramped up their investigation with video surveillance of Christopher and ultimately the tragic discovery of Catherine.
