A rebel with a cause can be a hard head, narrow minded, focused, believing they see THE ONLY way it can be done They can be oblivious to counsel, singularly focused

Problem with a cause is that it can wear you out!

What is your cause? - that place of strong conviction

Our highest cause should be our love for the Father

Whatever it is that allows people to suck everything out of you, there is a higher cause for you to pursue - Pursue Him (Acts 14:26-28) Your cause can become an idol

2 things that will mark a heart that is pursuing the highest cause

1. Our lives will be marked by the rest of God (Matthew 11:28)
2. Freedom (2Corinthians 3.17)
